I love how bright and cheery this kit is! It screams summer! I'm not even sure I can bring myself to pick a favorite item. Those gold word stickers! That awesome triangle washi! The epoxy stickers!? I. just. can't. pick.

The acetate cards are so fresh and fun too! The picture here does not even do this one justice.

Be sure to like Pinkfresh Studio on Facebook and Instagram for more inspiration. Don't forget to stop back at the Pinkfresh Studio blog and leave a comment for a chance to win the June embellishment kit! The winner will be chosen on the 22nd.

{crafty} Pretty Little Pinkfresh

Hello there!

Pinkfresh Studio is so excited to join with Pretty Little Studio today to inspire you with some cute creations. You should have come directly from the Pretty Little Studio blog. If not, be sure to head back over there!

It has been so fun to pair these two companies together! While Pinkfresh is normally known for bright and unique items, Pretty Little Studio is known for their fun vintage inspired products! They have definitely combined to create some awesome projects!

For my first layout I new I wanted to use several of the Chrysanthemum Mini Tags from PLS. I layered them on my page before adding a layer of gesso and gelatos. As soon as I decided to orient them at the top of the page I knew I wanted to to add lots of string and falling feathers. I just love how the soft colors and vintage number die cut pairs so nicely with bold color and graphic embellishments from Pinkfresh.

My second layout is more linear and structured. I find I tend to go that direction when I want several photos on a layout. Since I have several busy photos I resisted the urge to layer the embellishments and really just tried to let them shine on their own.

Supplies used: Wood Drop Stickers Chevron Brights, Foil Printed Alphas Mint/GoldVacation Chips Wood Veneer, Anya Alpha stampLimited Edition kit Studio Puffs. Watercolor Summer Word stickers, Birds Nest Bunting Flags, Peony Paper Ribbons, Wild Berries Paper Ribbons, Clematis tabs, Gold Circle Vellum

Thanks so much for looking today! Your next stop is Agnieszka Piskorz, head on over to her blog to see how she paired these two companies together!  Visit each blog in the hop and comment on each to enter a giveaway including the Pinkfresh Studio blog. {crafty} Pinkfresh love

I recently had the opportunity to play with all the fabulous new items from Pinkfresh Studio. I created three new paper layouts and shared them over on the Pinkfresh blog. I meant to post about them here at the same time, but that somehow got away from me!

I just adore Kinnari's products, hello color! They are so fun and playful and really fit well with my style. Whatever that may be. My Pinkfresh layouts never fail to be some of my favorites ever!

For my first layout I used the neon enamel frames and gorgeous ombre washi paired with plenty of SC items from my stash.

My "goodreads" layout was inspired by the "Literacy Addict" Fresh Press card which I cut and used in two pieces as separate layers. I took a screen shot from my Goodreads account of the books I had read the first half of the year and added layers using Pinkfresh washi and there is even an enamel frame back there too! I also covered that tiny arrow veneer with the yellow and blue ombre washi.

For my last layout I again reached for the ombre washi and used it to create the base for page instead of paper. I layered on my photos and then went crazy with the enamel shapes and drop stickers. The bold colors were the perfect accent to my colorful photos from a day trip to Seattle.

By the way, that burger!? Best I've ever had! It was a lamb burger with roasted peppers and onion, fried lemons and cilantro. Um, yes please! I highly suggest going to Uneeda Burger if you are ever in the Seattle area!
